Since completing his apprenticeship in 1995 Rob has been a well-known face in the golf industry. Rob enjoyed a few years on the professional tournament circuit and still likes to play some smaller events mostly throughout Western Australia but occasionally the sound of the golfer’s swings calls him interstate.

Rob first joined the team at Marri Park Golf Course in 2005 for several years until his passion for golf took him elsewhere. In 2016 we were lucky to see Rob return to Marri Park Golf Course and has been with us ever since, sharing his knowledge and skills.

The role that Rob undertakes at Marri Park can vary, you can be sure to find him multitasking in and around the pro shop most days. It is most likely Rob you speak to when ringing in because if he isn’t helping with repairs or serving customers, he is answering the phone. When out on the course you will find Rob either course marshalling or teaching on the driving range.

With over 30 years’ experience in the golf game his versatility is difficult to surpass.

Glen has been involved in the Golfing Industry for over 40 Years, over the course of these years Glen has also represented the State of Western Australia many times over. Even though Glen has had an impressive career to date a standard out moment was his selection to represent Australia on the Australian Team.

After his circuit success Glen changed his path and focused his eyes on a professional career in golf and commenced his apprenticeship. During which time Glen’s achievements were recognised and was awarded The West Australian Apprentice Of The Year, which was then, complimented by being awarded The Australian Apprentice Of The Year the following year.

On completion of his apprenticeship Glen started his career as a Golf Professional in one of the busiest golf courses in Australia, Hammersley Public Golf Course and enjoyed his time there he stayed for 25 years!

Glen is highly skilled in all aspects of Professional Golf and has been mentored by the best in Australia and is proud to be able to share his knowledge and skill. Glen has been member of the Professional Golf Association of Australia since 1997.
